Can I control and eco3® smart switch with Google / Alexa / Apple Home Kit?

All eco3® smart switches work through the Smart Life app and can be controlled using voice commands through Google, Alexa or Siri Shortcuts. The Smart Life app also can control Zigbee and Apple HomeKit products.

Are these compatible with the size of switches already fitted in Australia?

Yes, eco3® smart switches are compatible with Australian standard mounting blocks, plates and clips. The only exception to this is our universal double power point with two usb chargers which is larger than a standard Australian switch.

Can eco3® smart switches replace any switch?

eco3® smart switches can replace any current 110V-240V switch, provided the load is no more that the rated power on the eco3 smart switch.

Can I install a eco3® smart switch myself?

As with any electrical switches eco3® smart switches need to be installed by a licensed electrician.

What is the maximum number of switches I can use in the house off the one app?

The maximum quantity of smart switches under one local network is 255.

Do you provide discounts for large orders?

Yes, we discount for whole house lots (minimum 25 smart switches) please contact sales@eco3-solutions.com to discuss your order and get a quote.

Will these switches work on a 5GHz WiFi network?

No, unfortunately at this stage they are only compatible with the 2.4GHz WiFi network.

What is the warranty you provide on all your switches?

We provide a 2-year warranty on all eco3® smart switches.
